Shipping Policy:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Shipping Methods: All products shipped via standard shipping methods with special packing. However expedited, and express shipping methods are also available upon request.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping is free with standard shipping method. However, Expedite and Express Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and chosen shipping method. Contact order@tsateliers.com for cost.
- International Shipping: We offer free international shipping via standard methods. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply, for which the customer will be responsible.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
Refund Policy:
- Refund Eligibility: We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. These products are original and handmade by the artist and not refundable in any case other than damaged or completely different from the ordered product, you may request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 days.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
